Has anyone been able to get a waiver to go through the Army Baylor PT program (or had success getting a commissioning waiver)?

Long story short, I lost my Army ROTC commission a semester before graduation due to a medical disenrollment memorandum from the CG of cadet command. I was then returned to my national guard FA unit as a PFC, promoted to SPC, and allowed to stay in the National Guard as a deployable asset because I was medically cleared by the same fitness standards ROTC disenrolled me with by my enlisted chain of command & medical team. I spoke to an AMEDD recruiter who said they could help me get a direct commissioning waiver after Physical Therapy school and I could just utilize my Post 9/11 GI Bill after deployment to pay for it ... BUT has anyone been able to get a waiver to go through the Army Baylor Physical Therapy program itself, or success in general getting a commissioning waiver? My original plan was to branch medical services with ROTC to gain applicable experiences, medical bolc, etc.. until I could get admitted into the Army’s PTherapy school as a medical specialist officer... but it’s been a real demotivator to try to go that route instead of direct commission after PT school because it could set me back years if the waiver process is messed up again. Dodmerb says I’m qualified but that was based off my meps Physical which was over 2.5 years ago. The medical memorandum given to me by ROTC also has a clause saying I can’t enlist or commission.. So I have a fear of getting out of the guard to go through then Baylor admissions commissioning process and not being able to get back in.
