What should we do if someone is on RP lying about their service?

I'm new to RallyPoint and I saw a member on here that stated he was a NCO when i know for a fact that the individual didn't even make it to basic. I have proof as well and was just curious on what could be done about it and what does being endorsed mean on here because he was endorsed as well.

I just located the tab and have flagged his profile i sent and email or message to them when the screen popped up. I knew this guy for 10 years things he would say sometimes wouldn't make sense but I didn't question it. When he left a leadership postion at a veterans organzation i took over as Commander. Since then I've had nothing but issues and a member came to me questioning his service. I verified his dd214 and sure enough he was not a SSG and in fact never made it to basic. I am proceeding forward in my organization to rectify this situation. But i hate to see him trying to fool other people as well i appreciate your response and i hope to get this taken care of and the truth out there.
