Anyone know anything about eSAT for clearing?

I’m clearing out of Fort Campbell and this is is on my checklist. “eSAT Sponsorship Training”, do I need a signature? If so who gives it? I already did the sheets and printed it out as well as sent it to my sponsor at my receiving unit.

https://myhub.militaryonesource.mil. It’s about 15 minutes of click through training. They won’t let you final out without the cert. I cleared Campbell about 2 weeks ago
