I’m trying get our soldiers drivers and mechanics badge I have submitted the memo but my S1 shop doesn’t know how to cut up the orders for a drivers and mechanics badge. If anyone can help I’d really appreciate it.

If you would like to message me your email, I can send you a copy of the memorandum that awarded my badge.

Look at AR 600-8-22, Section II, Para 8-31 page 112. It walks them through the process and delineates who does what.
Who on earth is running the S1 shop that they don't know where to find basic correspondence preparation guidelines?
Hope this is helpful.
