What happens next after being found unfit during the MEB process?

SGM I am on a very restrictive profile that should be limiting me to gym pt but am refused that for reasons that I think are unethical. I am currently in between selling my house (needs fixing), qtc appointments in others states, bh appointments, and acaping. With all of that as well as an unfit letter, I assumed that like the rest of the soldiers before me, I would be clear from participating in pt activities. Of course I am not trying to get out of accountability formation but the activity of pt at this point does not seem as if it should be a huge focus for me. I have a month left and am unfit medically as Ive stated before. Ive been an nco long enough to know how ncoers/oers effect decision making and hope thats not the case with me.

First, do NOT violate the profile! It should specify any and all restrictions. I had a similar thing happen where I was on a T3 profile, awaiting the MEB decision and was ordered by my 1SG to do specific PT and duties that violated my profile, including a H&W while I was in a knee to toe cast.
