Is there a different email address to send the volunteer recruiter packet?

We sent the packet last week and we got an email stating to contact the nco outreach which is the same exact email we got last time we had a question about submitting the packet. It seems like an automated email because it always says the same thing.

Thank you!

Who’s your Outreach NCO? I just dropped my recruiter packet this week as well. And recruit the recruiter wouldn’t accept my packet from me. How do you know when your packet has been sent from your out reach NCO and sent to recruit the recruiter?

Hey! My husband sent it to recruit the recruiter first and they kicked it back because we had to send it thru the nco outreach. I can send you the list because for each base there is an assigned nco. I sent it Monday and that same Monday he sent it to USAREC. The outreach nco will cc you but will add your ako email.

Ok so recruit the recruiter kicked mine back as well. So I sent it to my Outreach NCO. He got back to me and said it’s under review...I don’t know if that means he sent it to USAREC or not. I wasn’t CCd in anything.

Any update on what happened? I'm trying to drop a volunteer packet as well and I am trying to see what this process is like.

I talked with the guy who is the point of contact in the Recruit the Recruiter program. His name is Raymond Snow, you can find him in global. I hope this helps.

I will try this. USAREC contacted us back and said that the packet has to go thru the outreach nco, i sent the whole packet to him but it seems he doesn't answer his emails lol. thank you for the information.

They actually just sent a message that the packet has to be sent to the outreach nco.
