14Es are part of the Army's Air Defense Artillery team. The majority of 14Es focus on the PATRIOT system which is an air defence system the fires missiles to intercept other missiles, planes, UAVs, etc. Some on the other hand focus mainly on the sensor aspect or in the THAAD system.
While 13Ms are A part of the Army's Field Artillery team which mainly operate the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS/HIMARS) 13Ms are responsible for operating and maintaining the entire multiple launch rocket system. They support infantry and tank units by supplementing cannon artillery during combat.
The equipment utilized in both fields are very different to operate and maintain.

Not sure how to answer. Mostly what we fired was rockets. The launchers had same chassis as a bradley

Each would be lost in the others launcher at first, but a good soldier can easily be retrained in a short period of time. We’re adaptable. I was 15D (Lance Missile) when MLRS came out and was reassigned to MLRS with no schooling, as were most of us. We all learned hands on, and quickly.
