Is there any kind of extra pay a soldier can recieve for traveling from one base to another in their POV?

I have to travel about 30 miles each way every work day for around 10 weeks. I live in the barracks on post. We (my crew and I) have been denied a TMP, a government vehicle, and also been denied a gas card. Needless to say, as a jr enlisted, when you have to fill up 2 times a week, its starting to hit me where it hurts.
