Kind of an off the wall question but...
Basically, I’m due to PCS from OCONUS to CONUS very soon (within the next 3 weeks). I talked to SATO today to try and get a head start on anything, mentioned my wife’s cat is coming with, and was informed that there isn’t any room for a cat until July. Was told I would need to ship the cat myself (€600). Is this reimbursable?

Just wanted to give everyone closure, or info, in case there’s someone else out there who comes here first looking for answers to this same question. Basically I had to opt out of the Centrally Billed flight and pay for my own flight. I’ll get partial reimbursement for my flight because I booked through SATO. Had I just booked on my own I wouldn’t have received any reimbursement. The total coming out of pocket was less going this route then it would have if I had to ship the little fur baby separately.

Looked into it some more, found the information stating pet shipping is not reimbursable.
Also, for clarification, I don’t have my orders yet due to multiple paperwork mishaps and unwise advice, otherwise this wouldn’t have been a problem.
