How do I go about transferring to a different unit?

I am currently in a section where I really really don't get along with one person and I feel uncomfortable around them because at any time they could ruin my career that i put my life into and hard work with blood and sweat and dedication. How do i go about changing Battalions not posts so I don't have to deal with that person who is hurting my reputation and career.
