Can someone help provide ideas, links and resources where I can find a really good spreadsheet or Gantt Chart for professional development?

So, I've been tasked by my boss on establishing a Gantt Chart for a personal/career development progress tracker or model for one of our new captains who just in-processed into our Branch and PCA'd from main base. Anyone have an idea how I can format it for the next two years? I need some ideas on formatting and spreadsheet templates. It has been racking my brain on how I can develop a good baseline for a two-year officer project development. Thanks in advance!

There may be more sophisticated programs out there, but MS Excel should have everything you need to get the job done. There are some great tutorials on YouTube.

I would use excel. Do a good brainstorming session on the gates. Interview folks for input to include your boss. Good luck.

Read this, there are others, though that one is decent, I saw the Gsmtt chart format, I have a basic idea, read this for a comparison, elaborate, as I'd said, on AFSzc, coirsework, objectives, milspestones, how long for each level of!progress, etc, so far as youre able, OK?
