What are some good schools to go to for a 15P?

Get a new MOS

You can coordinate with the people at red stone to conduct a CAFRS class. Also you can go to digital master Gunner course. That one is good if your unit works with CPOF. As a 15P in a MEDEVAC unit I like to get my 15Ps crossed trained with the 25Us. Look into Harris or BFT classes (generally those are classes that your S3 has to coordinate).

One course that I attended was a safety course that gave me the A2 identifier, and I eventually became the BN safety NCO.
