Does anyone know if the National Veteran Search and Rescue website is legitimate?

I saw a Facebook post concerning Michael Alexander Rickard who is advertised as missing and while I don't know him but allegedly being a local Veteran I wasted no time in sharing. I did not recognize the National Veteran Search and Rescue name or logo and with as many groups and organizations that attempt to use a Veteran affiliation whose purposes are questionable I figured best to check out their actual website http://www.nationalvetsar.org which came back as parked for free by Go Daddy. Now warning klaxtons are ringing loudly have I been duped? I dig further and see Twitter, Google+ and YouTube sites come up. I go to the Twitter site and it shows their last post was quite some time ago then Google+ and YouTube also seem out of date or aren't being used then I search Rally Point and nothing comes up. Now my concern grows deeper and I really want to know if they are legitimate or not and I am hopeful that someone here can shed some light on this question. Thank You This is the original link that I shared: https://www.facebook.com/MISSINGWARRIORALERT/?hc_ref=ARSdsTnfojeqWTbpUFwpY6MTdvLx4GlbRTz_bFvdY4Ox0g3Uebbn7wb4iBEBjR2N0L8&fref=nf

I did this and it still and question mark. I see that LinkedIn shows a Rachel Jackson is CEO and is from the Fayetteville, North Carolina. Charity Navigator lists National Veterans Search and Recovery Program, Inc. as a charitable organization in Oshkosh, WI with Rachel Englehart and Arthur Wotruba as CEO's and the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions shows as of January 1, 2018, that this entity is delinquent. I checked the Secretary of State site for North Carolina and no results for this entity yet if you look at their Facebook page the four events posted were in Hope Mills or Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Just creating more questions and the LinkedIn connection is more puzzling unfortunately with my health it makes it difficult for myself to really dig in to get to the bottom of it and I don't want to harm the reputation of an organization if they truly are doing good things for Veterans and their friends and family.
