In trying to apply for a Veteran ID Card using the vets.gov website I'm thinking I screwed something up as I got a ""We couldn’t find your records with that information." response. I have a DD-214 from both Army and Air Force as well NGB-22 - all honorable conditions. I'm thinking I screwed the pooch in entering my information yet can't find a way to redo the verification process. Does anyone know how to redo the verification process on vets.gov?

SPC David S. - I have my I D that got last year at the local ANG base, and have Veteran on my drivers license also. Local county vets I D cost $10. Go to the county north of me of west of me and it's no charge.

I am two months in and I still receive this error. I contacted the Vets.Gov help desk a month ago and was told to give it two more months for the DoD to provide my information. Talk about ridiculous! SMH

I am getting this same message here a year and a half latter. Did you ever have success?
