Rwanda...the nation linked to the word genocide...seems to think it makes sense to screen for ebola, what can we learn from this World leader in medicine?

Excellent post, MSG Brad Sand. The obvious difference I noted is that Rwanda is going to require visitors to report on their health while they are in the country. We do a check at the airport and let 'em go. That's a problem in my book, especially because the symptoms may not appear for up to 21 days. Screening only at airports is like putting a band-aid on a gaping wound.
