What is the process to apply? What are the qualifications? Anyone have any positive/negative experiences to share? Thanks!

First, ask your branch manager about your timeline. There is not a specific skill set required to become an APMS, although Cadet Command has to approve the individual. That being said, being an APMS is a broadening assignment that is usually offered to senior, post KD CPT's. There is a program right now placing senior 1st Lieutenants as APMS before CPT promotion and attending the career course. But again, check with your branch manager. Hope this helps.

Thanks Sir. I noticed you are an APMS at Campbell. I just commissioned out of FSU this year! Small world.
