Will my husband be able to get his orders changed?

So my husband is currently in AIT at Fort Leonardwood and I'm currently at Fort Hood. He just got orders to Fort Carson. Our MACP paperwork is almost complete and I was curious if they will delete his orders and send him to Hood?

You need to look into Married Army Couple Program (MACP).
In short, it doesn't guarantee assignment together, but it does calibrate assignments to what post you go to and ensure joint lodging. There are POCs for phone and email on the bottom of the page for the link I posted below.

It's hard to say although I hope it works out in you two's favor. The program makes being stationed together more likely but doesn't guarantee you two will be.
