Leaving for RTAC after I pass DRSA on the 7th of Aug. How did some of you train physically for Ranger School (I'm on the fence with my ruck)?

If you are going to RTAC you should be at your best. RTAC mirrors ranger school and is often considered tougher then Benning Phase. I would make sure to know the Creed. Study your ranger handbook. They do a good job there teaching you most of what you need to know. But if you don't know anything about battle drills, Ranger Training Tasks, and Opords then you are going to struggle, if you make it.

Be in good shape. If you're not, it will eat you up. But over everything it's all mental brother. Never quit and the best advice I got from a friend is just "attack ranger" don't be shy, don't be intimidated, go after it and earn your tab.
If you need a program before for the physical, google 90 day ranger training or check out the military athlete program
