What equipment should we get rid of,keep or bring back?

I know this was probably asked a while back but recently looking at the equipment we have i personally think some could go away or switch it out with better stuff i.e. instead of IOTV we should use plate carriers instead and molle ruck sack we should get rid of im personally a fan of the alice ruck sack i do love the medium rucksack, and as far as weapons we should switch from the 240b to the mk48 these are a few examples what are your thoughts and what should go stay and what should stay
