If they are immature they can at least learn and grow out of it. If they are mentally ill they need a little more help from us.

I would have to say that it would the politicians as well, with the way that they play fast and loose with certain aspects of the government and then with the way that they act with regards to the Military, and their lack of support or even concern as too what it is that we need.
