Anyone have connections or networking in law enforcement in Dallas San Antonio or tyler Texas? I am becoming a parole officer, guidance pls

I want to work up in tyler Texas with parole I'm graduating w a associates in sociology this winter and then working on my bachelors in criminal justice so I can get into the parole officer program

Have you tried to log onto the Texas Workforce Commission.  When I was in Texas a few months ago, I spoke to a few persons who work for TWC and they were able to direct me onto this site.  Look into it, this might be the answer for you.

These folks should be able to help you.  Also check with the State VA Reps for each district, county or area that you are in.  The rep that you are in has an office in Schertz and in Seguin.  I cannot remember his name but his office is near the courthouse in Seguin.  If I find his card, I'll send it your way.
