If you're asking about the 'purdy certificate', I don't know of a way since they are completed locally (unless you can find someone in an Air Force personnel office that would be willing to 'recreate' one for you (although the signatures would be different). If you are looking for the orders (which is, really, the more important part) then you could request a copy of your personnel file from the archives which should contain the award order.

If the Air Force is anything like the Marines, you are S.O.L. in getting a duplicate document. I lost some of mine, including my honorable discharge. I had a copy of my DD214 which showed awards, letters of appreciation, meritorious masses, etc. I contacted about getting replacements and was told they do not replace the documents. Vanguard sells the actual ribbons/medals/badges. There is a private sector company that can make you duplicates as long as you can supply them with the info they need to fill in. I can't remember their name, but I'm sure you could use some keywords and find it. I think they charge somewhere between $10.00 to $15.00 to make a replacement.
