Is anyone a Defense Coordinating Officer or work in a Defense Coordinating Element?

I am interested in learning the process for selecting reserve component officers for DCE positions or assignment as DCO's supporting FEMA Regions. If anyone can provide any information about the process for being considered for these assignments, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
