I would have to ponder how this would actually play. I don't really see how the Military could be a for profit organization without these types of questions being answered first. That would possibly make each and every troop a merc for ire to the highest bidder also and so from that perspective it could very well degrade moral and professionalism as well as any form of chain of command.
