2 Year old dies in locked car. Are these incidents "Accidents" or "Murder ONE"?

Father is arrested after he left his 2 year old in the car. Now, there is something just a little off about this story. The 5 year old either managed to get out himself OR got out and went inside when his father did. Either way, BOTH should've been aware that the younger kiddo was in the car. (No I am not saying the 5 year old is guilty of something, but I can see him making his father aware of the situation.)

Is this just BLATANT Murder or are there really these kind of "accidents?"
How can there be SO MANY "Accidents" regarding the same scenario?
"Any event that happens unexpectedly, without a deliberate plan or cause."

I can't remember one time where I shut my door to my car and said "OOpps, I'd better get my infant!"

It happens yearly here in AZ. One went as far as to blame her actions on an interview. Then when she was charged, she started a fund for the child, got over $110,000 (that they can prove) and used it for herself, despite the prosecuter ordering it. Some people are lost to the world.

Very sad. Happens all the time here in Florida also. I can't see, no matter how scatter brained, forgetting you have a baby in your car.

Some are accidents and most are not.

There was one in Wichita KS last year where it was, yet wasn't an accident. Foremost, it was a tragedy. Mama's boyfriend went into a house to buy weed. Left kiddo in the car. He was graced with a present, to smoke weed he didn't buy, before leaving. Kiddo didn't have a chance. Actual air temperature was around 102°.

I could never fathom making such a mistake.

I work for the Children's Hospital here in Phoenix. His son was just the first of several we'll see this year. It's extremely disheartening.

Disgusting, inexcusable that you'd chose a bottle of gin over your 2 year old child...it was in the 90's for Christ's sake! This is clearly manslaughter!

Dumb really dumb but the 5 year old is only guilty of having him as a father i am srue it was not the frist time he did this lock him up and trow away the key
