Farmers Insurance participates in the Military MOJO recruiting events. We find them to be excellent. One thing we really like about the candidates is that they all must have a bachelors degree or higher to attend. We are able to spend quality time with the candidates either in an interview room or set up meeting prior. We have found many quality candidates for our corporate positions as well as our agency owner positions.

Yes, the junior enlisted. I was elated to hear that Booz Allen finally realized the value of degreed junior enlisted and they have since added them to their list of targeted military backgrounds. If more in corporate America realized the value these folks have, and incorporated them into their graduate recruiting efforts as well as for degreed professionals, they would see a significant positive impact on their bottom line. I know Shell has a phenomenal history of engaging with veterans of all ranks, backgrounds and education levels.
