How long does a Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest (MAVNI) clearance take? I'm awaiting results of my background check.

Interim checks should only take a few weeks. However if I understand what you are asking about, it is not actually a security clearance. It is an enhanced background check that screens all the same stuff as a secret clearance but you aren't actually granted a clearance.
