Seems like every month requirements are changing, but what I am trying to find out is what online and actual classroom courses are required now and how to go about getting it done. For instance SSD1 needs to be done before attending WLC. I'm trying now to figure out how to do SSD 2 while deployed but seems like a lot of people are having trouble enrolling.

Be patient. If you have already completed WLC, you will be automatically enrolled. It is just taking time. As of right now there are only a few thousand NCOs being enrolled every week. You will get it soon. Just keep checking your email. I know it's hard to be patient. But you will have it.

AR 350-1 will give you the breakdown of required training and the frequency that it needs to be completed. With regards to SSD, check out the ALARACT below...

Thank MSG, but does anyone know how to enroll into SSD2? The ALARACT says after completion of WLC and being promoted to SGT will be enrolled into SSD2 but when I search ALMS only SSD3 and 4 show up.

You should be "top-loaded" or auto-enrolled by HRC/NCOEs Branch upon meeting the prerequisites.
