I work out 5 times a week. I do kickboxing/Muay Thai on M-W-F and running and weights T-TH

Weight lifting with my son... when it doesn't hurt to move my arms anymore we lift again. (usually about 3 times a week)

6 days a week, somewhere between 60-90 minutes, depending on my schedule. I usually alternate, say P90X M-W-F, then cardio Tu-Th-Sa. The next week, I change so I my cardio is M-W-F and P90X Tu-Th-Sa. Sounds confusing, but basically, I just exercise the part(s) that aren't sore.
