NGINX. Have you worked with or for them ?

I actually had to look it up and see what it was. I didn't like what I read, it sounded nasty, to say the least. To answer your question, no, i've never worked for them.

Nginx is a high-performing, open source web server that has steadily pulled market share from Apache since its release about 10 years ago. While the software is relatively unknown outside the world of web development, it quietly plays a huge role in powering the modern web.

Apparently, in 2011, the original creator of the software formed a company and began offering commercial support shortly thereafter. It's basically the Red Hat model of providing enterprise-level software support to open-source projects.

I can't offer any insight into how the company runs, but I will say that the flagship product they support, the Nginx web server, is not going anywhere any time soon. I hope that helps.
