Yes huge problem..., however, thus far the chief law enforcement investigator has said there was no "intent "..and thus 18 U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally,
"(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both."

FBI Director Comey presented a prima facie case that Hillary violated this law and then proclaimed that the agency was not recommending indictment for lack of intent. Lame. Of course there was intent. Hillary's attempts to cover up the criminal act are sufficient proof of intent. A special prosecutor should have been assigned, a grand jury impaneled, and an indictment issued. Justice could then prevail via a trial. The failure to pursue Justice has embroiled us in the present maelstrom of civil unrest that threatens the sanctity of the election process. Shame on our Bureau, the Department of Justice, and the Obama administration.

Basically, it shows that no future law can change the exact specifications spelled out in Article II f our Constitution.

Message claims that Hillary Clinton is disqualified from holding public office under U.S. Code Title 18, Section 2071, but the application of that law is doutbtful.
