Trying to reclass to 17C. Besides basic requirements what else would be beneficial for my goal?

I'm trying to do reclass to 17C Cybersecurity Specialist. Right now I'm the half way in my Bachelor Degree in Cybersecurity. Additional on the basic requirements, what else I need to hit for change to 17C?
