I've never written a warrant resume before. I am positive that I possess the ability to write clearly and professionally, however, I do not know the vernacular to write to the broad audience of the board members. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The main objective is for the board to see that you can clearly communicate. Take the time to 'toot your own horn' but be concise in your descriptions. Talk about the measurement of your achievements ($ amount saved, % increase in the unit performance, etc.), not just a job description. When you discuss your awards/achievements highlight those things that make you stand out among your peers (i.e. Soldier of the Year, etc.). Don't use slang/acronyms related only to your MOS, if you must spell them out. Try to use words that add value to the skills you bring to the table as a Warrant Officer Candidate. And lastly, have someone review it for grammar and spelling - that's that attention to detail piece of being a Warrant Officer. Best to you in your endeavors!
