After the first few detonations, mine fields have a tendency to make people believers, although you still must fence to keep out the farm animals intentionally driven into them.

Have every new 10000 illegals construct one mile of stakes and fencing before being sent home. It will be done in short order.

1SG Larry Everly, the first thing we need to do is enforce the current laws, as written. We do need a comprehensive immigration reform policy; however, until we actively implement what's already written, all of the work will be considered useless.
