That may explain why Bernie isn't dropping out. Wouldn't that be a sight, Hillary walks up on stage to accept the nomination and have FBI agents walk up and put handcuffs on her. I'd give a paycheck for a ticket to watch that.

Political parties can nominate literally anyone they want. So yes, she would be "allowed" to be the candidate. Whether it would be wise for the democrats to do that or not, is a different question.

The former Secretary of State sat down with FBI investigators Saturday morning for three and a half hours, in what is broadly considered those be the final stages of the investigation.
A Senior Producer at the CNN, Edward Mejia Davis, posted the news that Clinton is not expected to be charged to Twitter, citing unnamed sources who spoke with CNN's Evan Perez:

Capt (Join to see) - March 10, 2015 video ??? I think in 1 1/2 years later Hillary has changed her tune or is singing from a new hymn book. She said yesterday she is helping the FBI to complete their investigation.. I'm sure the FBI appreciates her help but I would not a believe a word she says.
