Hmmm.....where did I put that checklist.....for awards, evaluations.......
NOPE it is copy of orders when you report anywhere....why do you need 20 copies of orders to report to Airborne school? I turned in one and had one stamped to get food at the mess hall that did not even check it and 18 copies in my bag.....

Ahhhh..... The good old days of having a lot of orders. Of course they come in handy when it comes to making sure you get credited for certain awards like campaign medals.

I actually generated a form after umpteemed refusals via electronic landline/radio (we had none of that one) that said what I needed in a military way. I fired it off in the direction of Quarry Heights Command in Panama via a returning transport. We were deployed and there certainly were no means to keep excess paperworks available, much less dry, where we were located.
I found out later that an understanding Ops Officer (can't call him a REMF) solved the problem by having a clerk attach it to the proper form so he could hand-carry it through the J4 structure.

I thought someone would come up with this answer. Yeah it does. But are there any unusual ones that we are still doing it that way with today's tech.
