I am being Med-Boarded and I received my ratings yesterday, 20 army 70 VA. How do I turn down the severance pay?

Quite frankly with a VA disability rating of 70% (which I am sure is low-balled) I would appeal the PEB rating, and fight for 30% so you can get your pension...
