The majority of 14Es focus on the PATRIOT system which is an air defence system the fires missiles to intercept other missiles, planes, UAVs, etc. Some on the other hand focus mainly on the sensor aspect or in the THAAD system.<br /><br />While 13Ms are A part of the Army's Field Artillery team which mainly operate the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS/HIMARS) 13Ms are responsible for operating and maintaining the entire multiple launch rocket system. We’re adaptable. I was 15D (Lance Missile) when MLRS came out and was reassigned to MLRS with no schooling, as were most of us.
