Does time at the range help you relieve stress? If not, what is your stress reliever?

I try to get a session in every week. Need to find a outdoor range close to me so I can incorporate some drills instead of just shooting at paper. Took out my new Kimber yesterday and broke her in a little. Took the kids and they were getting to know the .380.

Sweet. My daughter is my world. She loves to shot with me. Bought her a SW .22 for Christmas.

That is awesome, my son loves it, but my daughter is still kind of wishy washy...lol. That all being said, both of them shot my Kimber, their reaction was awesome!

A1C Robert Adams & Cpl James Waycasie - I recommend more stress relief and more pistol range time... ;-) And bring your wife or significant other along as well....couple that shoots together stays together....or something like that.
As an old soldier....at 7-10 yards you should be in the 1 inch red, at 25 yards you need to be within the 2 inch and at 50 yards within 3 inch zone.
At 40 yards you (Cpl Waycasle) should be a little tighter. The guy is dead but I would check you grip and front sight focus.
But then again...I'm an old soldier....what should I know....:-)

Getting better ... used my Beretta PX4 Storm Compact. The 3in tube has some accuracy issues beyond 7-25 yards. Still very good conceal carry weapon.

Just had a therapy session with my nephew at the range today. It turns out that he is a natural marksman.
