I'd say look for slots and POCs on ATRRS and ask the Schools NCO in your S3.

I was able to go to L3 when I was under the 453rd chemical BN and when I was part of brigade, we would send a few Soldiers to it if they are part of a HR unit. Hopefully your chances get bigger if the 479th cm BN moves to the 415th if that ever happens
