What 2016 election candidate should a veteran or veteran organization vote for or endorse?

Republicans have voted against every bill that provides aid or benefits to vets. I'm voting blue. Republicans love the soldier hates the vet.

Sadly, I haven't heard anything from either side that sounds like honest plans to cut the waste and bribes, or improve the quality/economy of VA benefits. One side wants to cut everything-the other wants to rob Peter to pay Paul.

I meant to write "fully supporting us."

This is one that you need to research and decide for yourself. In all honesty, I don't feel that any are fully supporting us. I'm 65 years old, 100% disabled and suddenly part is my disability is being reduced, not increased or remaining the same. Many of our politicians today have never served and don't care about those of us who have. You have to do what your conscience and heart lead you to do. It's beginning to look like the VA doesn't care about us either.

SSG Sandra Sutherland - If you think the VA doesn't try Medicare and the insurance companies. Since Obamacare came into play our insurance policies change every year. The most commonly prescribed drugs keep getting removed from the formulary and the copays keep increasing. Policy plans are canceled every year and new ones with less service replace them.
Not to draw pity for the insurance companies but they are being hit hard with fraud. There are 30 different excuses that extend the open enrollment period for Obamacare customers. Many are waiting until they need insurance and then sign up. They have 90 days to pay the first premium (earnest money) but must receive care immediately. Many do not ever pay and drop out as soon as they are OK. The Feds call this "pay and chase". Next year if they need care again they can just do it to the company and it can do nothing about it.
Meanwhile the two drugs I used for pain are no longer available. The non-generic went to $80 from $30 copay, the generic went from $6 to $40 and only if my doctor can convince them it is the best thing for me compared to other drugs. I've been on Medicare for 10 years and have never had these issues before.
The only real improvement for us is that my wife went on Medicare. In the last year she was on private insurance her premium went from around $360 a month to nearly $900 a month with higher copays and deductibles.
And we are getting it from all sides. Anyone remember Pelosi musing about how artists and photographers could now quit the day times jobs they had just for health insurance and pursue their passion? Well they are. A Charlotte Observer story two years ago reported on a woman who quit her job to teach Yoga. She earns little at it and her $424 premium is subsidized by $400 a month from the taxpayers.
$715 Billion was taken from the Medicare fund to crank this program up and every policy has a tax that is supposed to subsidize the insurance companies being eaten alive with people with preexisting conditions. 90% of the people who go to healthcare.gov end up on Medicaid. The problem is they can't afford the copays and deductibles and few doctors will accept it because of the low reimbursement rate and flood of paperwork.
We financed the creation of 23 companies of which 13 have gone bankrupt and will never pay the money back (can you remember Solyndra and A123?)
Obama has made 35 changes to the PPACA law for political purposes. The latest one delayed the "Cadillac Tax" on gold plated policies and which had the unions ticked off. Mnay union members are deserting the Democrat Party and this is a way to keep them in to vote for Hillary.
This is wealth redistribution on a grand scale and those who can pay for their insurance are financing the whole boondoggle.
There's something to think about when it comes time to vote.

A strong, well equipped, properly trained, military forms a bulwark against the need to go to war. If your prospective enemy knows that you can take him down in short order he is likely to leave you alone. It also serves as a backup in negotiations with nations who want everything their way while giving nothing in return. If they realize that we will keep our word and have the power to take them down quickly if they break their agreements and threaten us with military force they are much more likely to keep their word. The ability to display a strong offence, if required, is the best defense!
