I believe, your true measure of success, is how you impact/help others... The reward is internal... a feeling of giving back... as I have been given much, by many. My mission now, is giving back... I owe the Army, and this country tremendously.

The only thing I have to add, Colonel, is that you have already given to the Army and your country- greatly.
But I admire your mission no end; and believe that you are totally capable of giving back: on those grand scales.
