Just thought I'd share a useful tool for fellow junior officers that I don't think is taken advantage of enough, particularly by reservists and guardsman.
FMSWeb contains all the MToE and TDA documents that have been approved for HQDA. I find it very useful, specifically for Guardsman in terms of career planning. Since a lot of your career is in your hands, this is a great tool that shows you the ASIs a position requires (which may mean schools), and other units in the area that you might want to request a transfer into because of promotion, location, etc.
It'll also give you information about a new unit you might be entering and the role you'll serve in, as well as its mission and statistics.
There may be opportunities you don't even know about that you might think of transferring into, whether that be at JFHQ, the local RTI, etc.
It has been essential in my personal career planning, to see whether I have career progression in my AOC, whether I should pick up another one, etc.

It shows all components of the Army. "Compo" 1 is active. Compo 2 is ARNG. Compo 3 is Reserves.
