I don't know about you, but I don't want any Syrian refugees allowed into America until the Middle East is stable. I do feel sorry for the women and kids having to bear that burden of walking those thousands of miles, to be turned away. But since the Paris terrorist attacks, which had a few ISIS terrorist posing as refuges, IMHO, our country could become another target. According to Middle East history, our country is and always has been a major target. Why take a big chance on allowing refugees, who might contain terrorists, into America? I'm sure there are already terrorists here, under the radar, planning an attack.
House Speaker Paul Ryan is not listening to calls from some Republicans to only allow Christian refugees from Syria into the country.

I have family through marriage that are Syrian Christians and good people. There is no doubt that many are escaping terrorism like we would.
I do believe maybe having a secure area that they first come to so we can do the adequate checks, maybe that would be helpful to still be compassionate yet safe.

LTC David S. Chang, ChFC®, CLU®, that would be a way for them entering safely and weeding out any suspicious or flagged terrorists. But, I wonder where that wil be? They will be at our mercy, and the costs will be atrocious. Forgetting about the costs, because, these are human beings and not cattle, should not be a blockade for them. I'm more concerned about the women and kids than anyone else. They will have to be screened carefully before allowing them to be on their own. Also, I would think, as soon as their country is safe to home to, they would want to go home, but if there is no longer anything for them to go back to, they will have to remain here.
