All Time Top Influencers points? No members listed? Admin were you aware?

I noticed that my "All Time Influence" rank jumped up a few spots so I clicked on points to see where everyone was at. Low and behold, when I clicked on "All Time", "No members" was listed.
Admin types, are you aware of this?

PO1 John Miller I have been noticing the same thing for a week or two. Initially I was seeing somebody else's name at the URL bar. I exchanged a few messages with RallyPoint support about this issue.
