Do you think we should have a badge for being JFO like the EIB and EFMB?
If so what should the badge look like and if it is to be a EJFO what should the standards be for getting the badge?

I believe so as well. Though that's my point almost every other combat mos has something they wear that can identify them in their field.

On our service and dress uniforms we don't even wear our name. The only reason we wear them on our utilities is because of a spirit of jointness stemming from Desert Storm.

SSG (Join to see) - Here is one for you. Combat Engineers. While it is a combat MOS, it falls under Combat Support. There was a movement, many many many moons ago, to get this field its own type of badge. That was shot down. Hell, it took forever to finally allow Engineers to wear the Sapper tab when earned. I'm not downplaying the EIB/CIB nor the EFMB/CMB nor any of the tabs, those things are hard earned, but honestly there will always be MOS fields that feel their field needs a badge or a tab. If that happens, then unit patches will be next to the wrist and name tapes will be down by the waist. There has to be a cut-off on badges and tabs somewhere.

Personally, I believe the ASI is enough. It's not just a test like the EFMB and EIB. It's a class with tests built in. If this were to become a reality I would say the FO has to become a JFO L7 first, then this additional qualification or testing would occur after as a separate entity.

That is why I asked about standards first sir. Also they are trying to make all 13F come from AIT now as L7.
