A jog is considered a running stride and in so doing the SM will receive a "No Go" for the event and it is terminated at that point in time.

Should also add that is you are jogging then you can run, so either you are malingering or are you are not? Which is it. Choose carefully. Also, as a Doctor gave you these orders, and you just broke those profile orders... say hello to Mr UCMJ. SSG Brian G. Don't injure yourself by violating any type of profile. LTC Kevin B. If one walks a brisk pace you can pass, if you can jog why are they on a profile. You get terminated and fail the event MSG Private RallyPoint Member Thu, 18 Jul 2019 10:05:50 -0400 2019-07-18T10:05:50-04:00 Response by Lt Col Jim Coe made Jul 18 at 2019 11:18 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/--2472?n=4824723&urlhash=4824723

Even an Air Force guy knows that a walk requires one foot on the ground at all times. Jogging is running. If you can't run or have a medical order not to run, then don't try. Not sure why one would shuffle. Seems harder than walking.
