A jog is considered a running stride and in so doing the SM will receive a "No Go" for the event and it is terminated at that point in time.<br /><br />Should also add that is you are jogging then you can run, so either you are malingering or are you are not? Which is it. Choose carefully. Also, as a Doctor gave you these orders, and you just broke those profile orders... say hello to Mr UCMJ.Response by SSG Brian G. made Jul 18 at 2019 4:53 AM2019-07-18T04:53:41-04:002019-07-18T04:53:41-04:00LTC Kevin B.4823983<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Aside from the technical issues of breaking the rules (specifically regarding jogging), the whole reason you're doing the walk as an alternate event is for your own health reasons. Don't injure yourself by violating any type of profile.Response by LTC Kevin B. made Jul 18 at 2019 7:21 AM2019-07-18T07:21:43-04:002019-07-18T07:21:43-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member4824091<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The previous comments hit the nail on the head, one foot must be in contact with the ground, jogging would terminate the event. If one walks a brisk pace you can pass, if you can jog why are they on a profile.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 18 at 2019 8:01 AM2019-07-18T08:01:25-04:002019-07-18T08:01:25-04:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member4824553<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yea. Jogging is running. If you can't run or have a medical order not to run, then don't try. Not sure why one would shuffle. Seems harder than walking.Response by Lt Col Jim Coe made Jul 18 at 2019 11:18 AM2019-07-18T11:18:42-04:002019-07-18T11:18:42-04:002019-07-18T02:58:01-04:00
