No - the truth revealed in the hacked emails probably did though - by hacking off Sanders supporters.

But that is not what cost Hillary the election; she was simply the most unacceptable of the two choices available, and many of the voters that elected Obama twice just stayed home.

21 Years as a Navy Spook. Most Definitely but I think they were Much More Effective in their Disinformation Campaign and they got their Man in the White House!

The Russians have long played the disinformation game and have muxhore experience than the U.S. does at manufacturing contents that casts their actions into favorable light. Putin and Trump call plays for the same playbook: obfuscate, deny, and make counter-accusations. If you constantly blur the truth, or create your own 'facts' than you confuse the public enough to make them ambivalent. The trouble with the public is that they forget truths that are too simple and cannot learn from those that are too complex.

I believe there was an influence of sorts by Russia and its cohorts, but not that any election instruments were affected
