You know we live in an upside down world when someone can be arrested for hanging a flag upside down when others are not arrested for stomping on or burning our flag.
This charge and his conviction/fine, if any, will be struck down on appeal, if he chooses to appeal it.

The Chinese flag part i don't get. But technically Flying the American Flag upside down is suppose to be a signal of distress. Which looking at it his property was being being seized to put an oil line that he does not own and he did not give permission to put on his property. An American let alone a Veteran having his right on his property stolen in front of his face. Sounds like Distress to me. But the Chinese flag part i have no clue about.

I'd day the Chinese flag was to represent how our local and federal governments are. COMMUNIST !!....Americans seem to have no say or rights at times. Eminent domain to me is one of those things.

My Flag flew upside down for the majority of barry soetoro's time occupying the White House. Several years ago, it became unserviceable so I took it down and haven't put one back up. Jan 20th cannot come soon enough.

We've just dug a new hole to get our flag back up. The trees had grown around the last one so after '12 we just took the flag down. We want to put it up so we can fly it at half mast, with the DTOM under it.
